Feta Broccoli Tuna Salad

feta broccoli tuna salad

What do you do when you have nothing to eat, little inclination to cook, and you’re hungry already?

Make a super simple tuna salad, that’s what!

This is almost too easy to be considered a recipe.  There are so many different directions in which this could be taken.   I decided to start out simple, especially since I wanted to eat as soon as possible.

The Recipe

Ingredients

1 can tuna, in water, drained

1 Tbsp feta crumbles

~1/4 c chopped fresh broccoli

~1/4 c nonfat, plain greek yogurt

1 dash balsamic vinegar

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

Servings: 2

After draining tuna, pour all the ingredients into a small dish and stir.  Enjoy with crackers, on bread, or by itself!
