So now that you have some naan, what do you do with it?
Make some wraps! And if you do not have any naan, go to my last post on Monday, and make some naan! I am not trying to be pushy; I am just trying to help you. Your life will be much better as soon as some freshly made homemade naan is incorporated.
You cannot go wrong with avocado. If you have avocado, you have to have tomato.
Muenster cheese is what I happened to have on hand, and it complemented the flavours very well.
1 naan, or flatbread
1.5 Tbsp mashed avocado
1 tsp lime juice
1 small roma tomato, sliced
1/3 c fresh spinach leaves
1 oz muenster cheese
Servings: 1 flatbread wrap
Combine the mashed avocado, lime juice, salt, cilantro, garlic, and onion powder in a small bowl and stir well. Spread the avocado on half of the naan. Place the cheese on the other half of the naan*. Place the tomato and spinach on top of the avocado half of the flatbread, and fold. Enjoy!
*This careful arrangement is only necessary if the naan is still warm (like mine was!) while you are preparing the wrap. This placement allows the cheese to melt slightly, and it is heavenly!
