Four types of mushrooms. Japanese pumpkin. Carrot. Leek. Green onion. Tofu. Fried Tofu. Spinach. Mustard greens. Napa cabbage. Mizuna. Daikon radish. Ginger pork meatballs. A delicious, salty broth.
