About three weeks ago, my husband and I got to enjoy a fried food festival in our new home city. Oh, I mean, a fall festival. But it honestly was mostly fried food. The weather was beautiful, and who doesn’t like an excuse to indulge on buffalo chicken nachos and a brownie sundae?

My brother is home, and he brought many Japanese gifts.
And has been cooking Japanese food for us.
So has my boyfriend.
One more week of break, then it is back to work!
16 weeks of rotations….then 3 weeks of break…then graduation!
Then the pharmacy board exam and TWO law exams….then licensure!
Then, moving to a new city, and truly starting “adult” life.
Currently, I am halfway through a 4-week internship. I work 4 10-hour days each week at a hospital that is over an hour away from my apartment. [Oh, and it is unpaid.
